Important Information:

Performance/strength of the bags does reduce with higher temperature. However, the bags didnt fail under independent testing until 95 degrees Celsius. The person using the bags at these temperatures would need to protect their hands from the heat and have carried out an appropriate risk assessment given the implications of a bag bursting at that temperature. This product is independently tested and certified for food contact.
