Whole Egg Powder: Our Egg Powder is a premium quality free-range egg powder derived from free range chicken eggs. It can be used for shakes, smoothies, cakes, brownies, sponges, muffins, omelettes, protein bars and is excellent for making icing. High in protein, its a perfect product for a healthy lifestyle. Reconstitution ratio 100g of powder dissolved into 300ml (300g) of water = 400g of liquid egg (approx. 8 eggs). Suitable for Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Free Range.

Modo de empleo: The dosage rates of Egg Powder depends upon the usage. If you are mixing it with water to reconstitute an egg consistency use 100g of egg powder and 300ml of water = 400g of liquid egg. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40�C.
