Simple to use, blend Easy Whip into your chosen liquid then whip it into a light stable foam or mousse. Foams can then be dried out at low temperatures to make meringue. Easy Whip is a neutral taste, instant powder that can be added to any liquid sweet or savoury. How to Use: Simple to use, just blend Easy Whip into your chosen liquid using a blender, then whip into a light stable foam or mousse using a stand mixer or an electric whisk. Foams can then be dried out at low temperatures to make meringue. Use at 0.5% - 1% compared to recipes weight (5g - 10g per 1 kg).
