MoisturLOK � Powder: Our MoisturLOK� Powder is a premium quality refined powder. It is a carbohydrate based powder made from rice syrup, grape juice concentrate and vegetable fibre. It contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. When used with bread doughs it will extend the shelf life, quality, texture, taste and mouthfeel. It will also maintain a high moisture content in the finished product. MoisturLOK� powder can also be used in bakery products such as cakes and muffins to keep cake moist, nutrition bars and many more, it will significantly increase the shelf life, increase the batch yield and reduce baking loss. Its ability to control water activity is due to its unique sugar composition and this helps to increase moisture content but will not increase water activity. A must have product for anyone who enjoys baking. Suitable for Vegans, Ovo-lacto Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Non-Irradiated.
Gebruiksaanwijzing: Blend with other powders from your recipe. Dosage is based on the total weight of your recipe (the total weight of all your ingredients combined). See dosage guidelines below for specific applications. We recommend starting at the highest dosage level to effectively evaluate the performance of MoisturLOK�. Once optimal performance is observed, you may lower the amount of MoisturLOK� until the benefits start to decrease. Each individual application will require a different amount of MoisturLOK� to optimize the benefits. MoisturLOK� Powder should be blended with other powders from your recipe.
